Pa’s IRISH CREAM

8 ounces coconut cream

1 can of sweetened condensed coconut milk

½ cup of strong coffee or espresso

4 eggs

2 tsp of coffee syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

½ tsp of almond extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Refrigerate overnight or longer.

Add 1 cup of WhistlePig whisky if desired.

Serve chilled on the rocks or combine with freshly brewed coffee or espresso & enjoy!
